Easily manage your merchants to better track expenses associated with them. We recommend using generic merchant names for similar services, such as “Public Transportation” for buses, metro, or trolley rides. Merchants are personal to you and help simplify expense tracking.

How to Create a Merchant

You can create a new merchant from the Settings view or while adding a new expense.

To create a merchant, press the + button in the top-right corner and follow these steps:

  1. Enter a Merchant Name – Choose a name that makes it easy to recognize your expenses.
  2. Select a Category – Assign a relevant category for better organization.
  3. Save – That’s it!

Now, you can easily attach this merchant to your expenses for clearer insights.

With merchants linked to your expenses, you’ll get a clearer breakdown in the Reports section, helping you track where your money is going.
